Once a donation is successfully completed through our website, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled. Donors are advised to carefully review all details before making a payment.

Refund Policy

As a general rule, donations made to Maya Sewadham are non-refundable. However, exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate transactions due to technical errors
• Incorrect amount entered during donation
• Payment deducted but donation not confirmed

In such cases, donors must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.

Refund Process

Once your request is received, our team will verify the transaction details. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
